When you install Craftly AI, we access the following data from your Shopify store, solely to provide the app's core functionality:

To generate descriptions, product information is sent to a third-party AI API provider. This data is used only to process your generation request and is not stored or used for model training by our app.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of the AI provider we use for further details on their data handling practices.
We do not permanently store your product data on our servers. Data sent for generation is processed in real time and is not retained after the request is completed.
We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with any third parties, except as described above (the AI API used for generation). We do not share data with advertisers or analytics providers.
You may uninstall Craftly AI from your Shopify store at any time. Upon uninstallation, we will delete any stored access tokens and cease all access to your store data.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, to protect your store data.
Craftly AI supports Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. Upon receiving a customer data request, customer data erasure request, or shop data erasure request from Shopify, we will process and fulfill the request as required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
